Oh. Well, I suppose that depends on your standards. The writing is pretty superficial on all characters in DOA, and they're only as strong as the story arbitrarily requires them to be for a needless fight scene. That said, they're not any less compelling than their more clothed male peers, so there isn't an incongruency there to complain of.
