What does the error say?

When I attempt to extract the .arc files with ArcTool095, it says "Sorry, unhandled Error while extracting ARC. :'(: Non-negative number required. Parameter name: value"

It still extracts several files, though, including the .tex ones. When I try to open those with DXTBmp, it says: "Access violation at address XXXXXXX. Read of address XXXXXXXX."

I do programming but I am not expert so don't take my word for this. That's an unhandled exception error. Basically its telling you the parameter "value" needs to be a non-negative number.

Do you just select the file to extract through Arctool without doing any inputs?

I believe so? What "special inputs" would we be talking about, here (they're not mentioned in any of the tutorials, as far as I can tell)?

nvm I downloaded the program and there is no user input required.

does the error give you the :'( face or did you do that lol? I got the code decompiled and am trying to look for that but can't find it lol

Well, that's the thing, I don't exactly know which one since they're not named obviously. Essentially, I'm trying to extract the player costumes textures, which I believe are found in SteamApps\common\Special Edition\nativeDX10\rom\player\costume

If you can send me all them I can debug it in Visual Studio and find out which one gives the error.

These should be all the ones I'm looking at (particularly the ones in the "costumes" folder, since the other .arc files seem to be a compilation of weapon files).
