I had them for years.

Nightmare.

Mine are only for 5 months, a lot shorter. But InvisaLign has a lot of restrictions when it comes to what I can't eat or drink.
If I drink soda the plastic will turn green, drinking warm drinks will hurt the plastic, etc.

I remember the pain, got out of keeping them because I am allergic to nickle.

This all sounds like a bad nightmare.

Mine were metal.

What were not allowed to eat?

I have them right now, except mine are the normal metal kind. It was hell the first week. But you get used to it. You'll feel normal again soon, don't worry.

I never got used to them and always felt like shit.

I had them when I was 12 or whatever. Eventually the dentist just tried to rip us off so be careful with that.
