That's because there isn't a single male character with a 9 frame jab (P). It would be refreshing to have a fast male character though.

The only males I think are very fast is Jacky and...that's about it . The others are kind of average. And thanks for that fact

Jacky is 10/12/12 in speed. That's actually really fast. Jann Lee, Zack and Gen Fu are among the fastest males as of now, since they have 11 frame mids.
