You just said I was a scrub. I hatez u! ;-; XD Seriously, though. Frames are more or less thrown straight out the window when it comes to Online. Whether it is the punishment frames, or the moves frames. Nothing seems to work like normal. Of course, it's somewhat a factor, but it doesn't seem like it is always that responsive. I tried to punish this Kasumi's PPPPP string (-8)

with a neutral throw (i5) several times during a fight, but it would just never connect before she started mashing something else.

Actually I didn't say or mean to say you are a scrub. You may play online a lot, but you definitely know what you are talking about. Hence I don't think you are an online warrior. Sorry for my poor wording. ;(

Also yeah the things you mention happen very often online. I pretty much gave up on throw punishing online and focus on getting counter hits instead.
