they are, i was in a lobby and i saw a B rank i thought it was a noob until i saw he had platinum fighter then i saw he mained kasumi i was like let me see how his kasumi fights so i spectated then i saw his kasumi and i was like woah :O

That's the thing about Japan, they don't play around XD. Some B-A rank US players will still play like any other average player, but in Japan, it's like you're fighting a runaway Legend difficulty AI or something:-0

I can't play with them now, because I'm still trying to get my rank back from Ultimate. I was like a C+ rank, but then that LR update had to wipe away my hard earned rank I spent those months grinding for:-/
