Actually that applies to any game. You can swap any game at any time you want according to your mood and wish - without the need to reassure everyone and yourself in a forum that you have quit the particular game.

Yep! I don't see why people have to drop a game just the play another. I play slot of fighting games and other games and have yet to drop one

If you play them all chances are you're going to get very rusty in whatever game you are not focusing on.

@KING JAIMY Oh I know that, that explains why I'm so out of shape with street fighter~_~ DOA, Tekken, and SC are really the only games I have right now that I strangely won't be rusty from play one than the other. I guess because they're all 3D something

Soooo true, playing a lot of fighting games helps you improve tremendously,as it adds to the overall skills when it comes to mind games, execution and whatnot

I do think that its still a good idea not to play too much at one time, or else you can quickly get rusty with one game. I try to keep my limit at 4

Yeah. Unless you're someone like me who don't really give a fuck and having pride at getting good at games and pretty much only play game based on mood to chill with a cup of tea to slurp.

I'm kinda the same way. Some games I play for fun, mood, etc. DOA is really one of the only games I take really seriously. And it's fun to boot:p

Some people just want to focus on one or two, which is understandable. I like to play em all but I'm not super good in any of em.

I'm not very good at 2D fighters myself, they're so different from 3D fighters that I've been playing for so long.

It's hard to get used to 2D fighters if you've been playing 3Ds most of the times, limited movement in general, timing in combos can be a bit more strict than in 3D fighting games, spacing and zoning can become hugely important depending on character match-ups,but that's where those type of games can help a lot.
