The 50% TFBB is cool. But I like taking away the ability to move before the round starts, No HiC throw on OH recovery, and the initial attack contribution to stun threshold. How would they make breakble command throws work?

Not sure about how the breakable command throws work. Last Input + H+P, i'd even be fine with just H+P breaking it in time for a small window.

Having caught dashes result in NH instead of CH would be nice, too. Lots of good ideas.

Yeah it was my initial feedback, i had to negotiate them down to Counter hit and that was basically by having to say how Hi-Counter was "too much".

My issue is that it heavily undermines the neutral spacing game and makes characters like Helena dumb at R1F.

Coincidentally I heard SF5 now gives Counter-hit on anyone backdashing. More changes i see from that game more I see the meta turning into DOA.

Right. But it seems like the SF community doesn't like the changes. SF5 seems like it's gonna be less on execution with the removal of 1frame links and more mind games and reading the opponent. Much like DOA.
