It's actually quite balanced no not like Virtua Fighter though. It operates differently than other fighters.
The fighting system is really well and deep and have to know each variation. Online not good representation of MKX since bs happens like jump in that can't be punished.

Of course 3D fighters have more balance than 2D fighters but compare the numbers that play 2D and and 3D fighters and you will see that the number larger with 2D fighters

Lol just learn the system 2D fighters aren't hard MKX gives you frame data and everything just follow it and you'll be fine but SF is a different story
