They are just numbers linked to some fictitious characters in a video games, why not just roll with it.... I love the game so much, but I don't think those numbers matter
It bothers me but i think Europe and U.S. frown heavily upon girls being sexualized under 18. Honoka looks 16 imo and Marie Rose....well......lol. Ayane was 16 in DOA4 but they are cracking down so they changed it to 18. Senran Kagura doesn't even bother with that, they just leave it blank.
Kasumi, Ayane, Eliot, and Kokoro only just became 18 with DoA5. Its been this way for a while but now people are getting mad because Marie is more obvious with her body type.
if they didn't they literally wouldn't be able to sell in some countries. it didnt bother people before because they looked very much like inhuman anime dolls. with the more realistic appearance whats supposed to be your classic loli now looks more like a human little girl. people dont take to kindly to sexualizing those usually.
@CookingMama Well i think there are alot more factors at play since DOA5, better graphics, destructible outfits, sweat and dirt. This makes it worse than the outfits themselves
