Jacky has a bit of difficulty getting in on his opponent because of his static strings (6P and its follow ups for example) and many low-high mixups which means the opponent doesn't have to respect. You'll need to make some decent counter-hit reads. Some moves to use are P, 6P, 6P+K, 2P, Slide shuffle P. As for spacing, he has 4H+K and few other moves.
