thats bullshit. dude ive gotten refunds for less and this is obviously fraud. try calling again no refunds aren't part of their policy but eventually you'll get a guy who will help you out. customer support people overturn each other all the time.

Your account might get banned if they do refund the purchases due to agreement policy. Also check your email account you should got an email about the purchase and the time and day.

I know about the getting banned by refunding through bank, but Sony is the one refunding me.

I would SO change everything about your account and make certain that you don't attach your credit information to it anymore.
If you didn't do that and someone somehow bought games onto your account then lol to them.
