Free Step Dodge

Dodge backwards when he throws them, for some reason dodging to the side gets you hit everytime, so just as weird as it looks, just dodge backwards at the last minuet when he throws the balls. Also remember to KI pulse, last thing you need is your stamina going into the red

Yeah what Camel said, also around mid health his chains will break so you have to play a bit more safe after he tosses the chain balls at you. Dodge to the side from time to time while avoiding the melee attacks he's doing and counter attacking.
