I understand some of them. Imagine if Leon was plus after every 3PP or 6PPP, not fun.

Oh i don't mean that way exactly, I mean for example Marie's minuet butt fling attack, she's VERY negative when it's blocked but I don't see the need for it to GB at all if she's already at disadvantage to begin with when it finishes. That's always seemed strange to me

The GB animation is in place to make the recovery frames make sense visually. If Marie's Minuet P+K wasn't a GB, it would be -44 instead.

Well,it'd be nice, although, I mostly use it to punish people who like to use low wake-up kicks too much.

That logic does not apply to Lei Fang. As long as she has 4P+K and 1P+K, she never truly loses her turn.

1P+K being "negative" means jack shit. If the move isn't punishable, LeiFang hasn't lost her "turn".

You clearly don't understand how defensive pressure works, specially Lei Fang's.

You have to respect 1P+K or any of her safe moves for the simple matter that she can bait you out with physics-defying crushes or sabakis. Her greatest strength is the ablity to open you up using her own unsafety.
