Most likely but I never knew her kicks in particular did that. XD I was always afraid until now that the opponent would be able to hold the second kick, but I guess it functions like her PP jail, except that jails on normal and CH too

KK has always jailed on block. Doesn't really matter to much. A KK free cancel is a gimmick.
