What do I know about Phase 4? She really needs a loving boyfriend.

P4 reminds me of the NESTS saga in KOF, with Kyo-1 and Kyo-2. P4 is like DOA1-2 Kasumi, like they made her on outdated data of Kasumi, I think that's kinda cool. I wouldn't be surprised if she turned good in DOA6.

I like her default outfits, those really accentuate her design, but of course, DLC ruined that a long time ago. I dislike being on the receiving end of her combos, her long-ass, ridiculously damaging combos.

1) I know what few there is to know. 2) I don't really like her. Another Kasumi clone? Really? And this one is not even an evil psycho, just... Depressed. At least Kasumi Alpha and Alpha-152 are fun in their craziness.

A Kasumi clone, who wants to avoid killing/attacking people, but doesn't have an option. She is basically Kasumi, but much more offense and damage oriented. Teleports have to be on point, or you're missing out on the maximum damage that you can do with her.

I think imo Phase is more defensive, she doesn't have the tools to open opponents quickly like Kasumi does so she has to kind of wait and counter at the right to get started kinda like Eliot. I think she becomes more offensive when she can actually get a stun going for juggles since she doesn't even need a CB. XD
