Whoa, dude. Thank you so much for pointing that out. Mostly because it was a typo xD I meant "yes" lol. I am sorry. I was just so excited. It's a shocking thing, ya know? Lol.
Wait! You're right, you're right. I should really stop saying dude. My day is officially lifted. So many great things!! Celebrate good times, and come on!
Celebrate with me! @ImpactNation We need to talk. Meet me out here!
The point is not their use, it's the reaction you have to them. You can feel that "yas" is pointless and insipid, and I would actually agree with you. But the fact that you said it was "disgusting," specifically, is suggestive at best.
Drag culture began in Harlem 50 years ago. People were thrown in jail just for being black (hasn't changed much) or being gay. Drag was an underground culture and a creative outlet for these people and with it they started their own lingo. There's much more than "yas." idk what's truly disgusting about that
Brute. I'm not a platitude, trust me. The reasons I go around looking through quotes to upload could be for more reasons than the eye can see. I'm original in my own way, and quite frankly, I don't feel a need to prove myself of it. Everyone has difference somewhere in them, and maybe you can't see it over the internet. You, Brute, you're a cool kind of guy. You should understand where I'm coming from.
@Chapstick Did I offend you? Well then, I'm sorry. It wasn't meant to offend you. I was simply speaking my mind, and I don't know, maybe I do that too much. I won't say that again, to prevent something that is truly unnecessary. We don't need to argue. Please guys, I just like happy atmospheres. I'm just a happy kind of person.
I was referring to when you called Impact and I platitudes. But yes, I do dispense platitudes, I admit freely. But I have reasons that you don't know. Maybe it's a way I express myself.
Using a word originated from gay people of color @ Trump's win when he's promised to take their rights away? ok
