No he was using an example, as long as explicit parts aren't showing it's ok, I've had a suggestive one before and he didn't comment, just said it looked like a tumor
You did not get in trouble but you still said "Hurry and notice so i can change back 'fore I get in trouble >.>". That implies you knew that what you were doing was not very much in line with forum decorum.
To reiterate: you picked a crappy avatar that you know is pushing the limits. Then a regular member, not a member of the staff, sends you a concerned PM about it. So you change it, by your own volition, and then proceed to play the victim card and complain about it?
I was never on myself Brute XD There's nothing worth anything about me. The avatar wasn't bad, everything was covered and nothing was showing, it was no worse than what I've used before. And the guy wasn't concerned, he's anti fanservice in general when I've explained numerous times it's here to stay in DOA. I didn't use censors either, just crop like you said was acceptable
And I'll probably use it again in the future to prove a point, I guess the moral of the story is to just do me, if a member complains when no moderator even said anything, just ignore.
It's true, whenever I act a certain way or wish to do something, I'm always backlashed and forced to keep silent. I find it much easier to just be quiet and take it than say anything and risk getting yelled at
Do you know the difference between "pushing the limits" and "bad" (against the rules)??
Also it was clearly a sex scene cropped right before the nipples and the genitals. It might not be against the rules but it's, as Broot said, PUSHING THE LIMITS. Sotherius complained, but you could've kept it.
Nobody yelled at you tho. Everybody treats you nicely when you act on the limits of decency. But you make us pass as dictators who don't want you to be yourself.
No one's "forcing you to keep silent." You choose to cater to select criticism (note: "select," since it's never the legitimate criticism that you actually should listen to) in order to then complain about how tough it is for you.
