Zack is a recurring character ever since the first DOA. In DOA4, Helena won the tournament herself but she ended up giving the title to Zack, making Zack the winner instead, due to her situation at the time. Has some of the best and worst costumes, quirky as hell, loves women, once had a crush on Tina (and probably still does), and can be genuinely concerned for others

I like the character a lot but I cannot play him at all. What I dislike about Zack is his tendency of being treated like a joke character when he clearly wasn't. Another thing to note is that he is extremely persistent towards others and towards his goals.

He's more of a joke character now but hey some of his scenes are funny and he's an alright character, also has a few awesome costumes. My first ever main when I used to just spam the B button and somehow won against Omega/Genra in DOA3

I've known Zack since childhood. From his humble years as a Legomaniac... to his breakdancing, axe-wielding years as a Power Ranger... to part-time voice actor as Broly... to a 1st Class in SOLDIER. Yeah, I knew Zack. He has a history so crazy that even Leon recognizes him.

1) He's the token black guy of the series and comic relief, used to like Tina but now has a Thang for Helena and is now bald. Very outrageous fashion.

2) I like his personality, he's funny and I like his clown costume. Hate his weird style, that's all he'll earn from me in terms of description...

Zack: "... HELL YEAH!!"

1. Comic relief token black of what Japan thinks of the typical black male.
2. Nothing to like and everything to dislike. Would not care if the character gets deleted and Muay Thai goes to another female.

1) I know his story, backstory, etc. 2) Itagaki understood this character better. Once you could think "cool" with Zack even if he was a fool and a comic relief, now he is just ridiculous.

1) I like the exclusive Shadowman costume he had in one of the PS2 versions of DOA2, as well as one of his exclusive costumes in DOAD where he had dreads. The latter should've been in DOA5.

2) I dislike the direction they're taking him story-wise in DOA5 at the moment. And there is still one very loose end that bugs me, and it's his connection to Leon that dates as far back as DOA2.

DOA2 was such a cool game... and so was DOA3.

I know that Zack was modelled off of Dennis Rodman, since apparently the Japanese love basing their black characters off of celebrities. I know that Zack has a shitload of cash and bought islands to host the abominations which are the DOAX games. I like the ZACK BEAM! I dislike how the only black dude in DOA is a laughable stereotype whereas the black gal actually received a cool character.

(Likes) 1. He's hilarious. Has an amazing fighting 2. style. 3. Trolololololing.

(Dislike) 1. His goofiness can be too obnoxious and awkward. Like Awesmic said, I do not like the direction TN is taking him story-wise (hotdamn it's terrible). 2. .......that shitty clown outfit.... What the hell.

Remember when Zack was supposed to be a DJ? Yeah, me neither. It's almost like he became a completely different character as the series went on, unfortunately. He also had some awesome voice samples in previous games, who knows why they removed them, maybe they thought they were too ''badass''.

I like his design, he always gets cool defaults in every game and I love his style, however that ties into what I don't like about him. I don't like how his fighting style doesn't match the character they've progressively built for him, it's extremely jarring. Hopefully they tone down the silliness in the future.

He is a goof and a half, as well as Helena's helper after DOA4, on whom he might have a crush on. Iirc he has his own style of Muay Thai. His silliness in the older games was a bit "cooler" as one could say, but now he's almost everyone's punching bag.

Liking how well you can use Zack to pressure and to be on the offense, good reads in the stun game can really help the player to achieve victory. Wish he'd have a bit more significant role in the story, like in the older games.
