I'm really starting to hate that word. I think the ninjas are more balanced in this one, they were borderline OP in the last. Are they still top tier, I think so, but not numbers 1-4 like in the last (god, what Pandoras box did I open with that statement?).

No way Hayate and Ryu are top tier. Ryu's easily high tier but I can't see him on par with Jan Lee, Gen Fu or Sarah.

The VF characters are in a league all their own. Been my experience that guest characters in fighters are either borderline broken or borderline worthless.

@Brute: Why would U consider Ryu not on par with J Lee (I don't really use either one so much)?
