Im contemplating to buying it too.

What do you mean? I was thinking about buying it but no one else (maybe Vandita now ^) has it on my list so I may need reviews on it compared to most other Musou games and how the game is overall compared from the show.

Yes, I played many musou games, but a review with comparisons to others would be nice to see first.

In my opinion, Dragon Quest Heroes, Gundam dynasty warriors and Hyrule warriors are near perfect games in the series.
I hope it plays similar to them.

it's a musou game with a berzerk skin, that's the best way to put it, a mindless simple hack and slash where the fun of slashing through countless enemies makes for a really fun addictive experience. there are a few spikes in difficulty with the boss battles since they actually require you to dodge and block as opposed to just mashing light attack then heavy attack like you do with the rest of the game

but those spikes aside, it's still a blast, a little too easy but i dont think anyone plays musou games for challenge, as for how it compares to the show, i watched the original anime 4ever ago, and it's seems to seamlessly pick up right where it left off, tonally it feels the same so if you;re a berzerk fan i see no reason to complain

i will say this though, it is definitely not worth 60$ buck though, unless your a HUGE berzerk fan who needs to get their hands on every bit of berzerk they can, wait till a price drop or a sale, cause it's definitely worth a couple play througs, plus the end game stuff is fun as well

I need more information then that, you described every Musou game,BUT I like to know more of the gameplay controls and features.

for example in Gundam DW, you can transfer from on part of the map to another, got dual attack supers.
while in Dragon Quest Heroes you get invincibly when using the Hi-tension and control 4 characters.

let's see what i can remember, there's horseback combat, which was a nice way to move faster but it wasn't all that usefull, there's ferocity mode, a mode you can activate once you've killed enough dudes, basically makes you stronger and take less damage
