Maybe it's for the plus version and the Sega Saturn version which was like the arcade version. When I ordered my copy i only got one disc per game, so I just got two

@KasumiLover69, there aren't multiple versions of either game in DOAU. It's just 1U and 2U and both of those games are on both discs. The 1U disc has both 1U and 2U on it and the 2U disc has both 1U and 2U on it.
So I don't understand why they didn't just give you one disc and have it boot into a screen where you choose to load 1U or 2U.
