    FINALLY managed to get a DoA5 replay running in Sony Vegas. I'll work on it on and off instead of binging through it in a day like usual.

    Does anyone think it's funny after months of playing Akira in DoA5, I can pull off his Frame Knee in VF5FS much easier than before now?

    I actually find it much easier to pull off in DoA5 probably on account of its odd buffering system. If I try to do it in VF5FS at the same rate I pull it off in DoA5, it hardly ever comes out as successful since controls are much tighter in comparison. Even Incognito has a much harder time doing it in the source and he's a frame knee maniac XD

    Then it's not actually 1 frame in DOA. I don't see any way 1 frame could change between games that run at the same FPS.

    Yeah, it's pretty strange. But I know for a fact they somehow made the frame knee much easier to do this time. I can feel it <.<

    I've been all right more or less if not stressed, but everything's cool. And yes, dat dere is some high quality Bacon I tell ya! Best character in the Guilty Gear series that isn't Sol Badguy :V

    I was actually talking about the first fight. I could have made some purchases at Muramasa's shop, but my Essence count was bone-dry. Of course this was many years ago, so it's nothing but a memory of a crowning moment of epicness : P

    Hey mate have you ever played the Onimusha games? In particular Onimusha 2 Samurai Destiny? I was playing that the other afternoon & the nostalgia........oh man the nostalgia. Manic samurai with bonsai hairdo's slaughtering demons & using their souls as currency. Classic old style hack n' slash

    I must regretfully tell you that I've never played the Onimusha games. Ever OTL
    It looks like such an epic series too. I managed to get myself into Tenchu by playing the entire series since I missed out. I guess I can raise some money and try out the Onimusha games as well. Been itching to do that with Shinobi and Nightshade for a while now too.

    Finally. 1000 Online Fights has been reached. I can rest easy now. Yet I'll never figure out how people reach that amount so fast <_<

    I have no offline scene either, unfortunately. I got that achievement about two weeks ago. I would have had it a lot sooner, but I switched to a hacked save at some point and therefore my number of online matches went back to 0.

    I love 2D fighters as much as I love 3D fighters, but SFIV was so bland and boring I only played with one character the entire time (Makoto) since she was the one that appealed to me most. On top of Capcom's constant milking over this cash cow and having to look at the same intros and victory poses over and over again, the flare grew too stale to look at over time.

    VF5: FS is THE fighting game. In 2D, I think that KOF XIII is 1000 times better and complex than SSFIV AE...but the crappy netcode kill the online play.
