I put everything as DLC like this, i get the visor of the helm with hair 1, other hair number get no helm. The problem is that i only see the visor but not the full helm with Hairstyle A

The new DLC uses the previously free slot 32 on most characters, so if you have a mod on that slot you are forced either to move it on another free slot or disable the new DLC.I don't know if they provided more free slots with the update but slot 32 is no more free.

There's no mention regarding PC DLC release after Tatsunoko Pack and i was partially ironic posting the picture.There's no sign of "PS4/XBOX ONE only" warning too which is a good reason for me to think we will get the DLC. We got Honoka so why don't we get another character? The only real proof...

The exe was updated with today DLC release and lnk_reshuffle won't work with it. The good thing is the new DLC work fine even with the previous exe and of course lnk_reshuffle too ;-)
