Execution has a different meaning depending on how the person views it. Phase 4 may be execution heavy to some people but for others she isn't. I have used several characters that are much more harder and technical to use (Gen and C viper from SF) Furthermore, some people are actually not...

I just have an affinity for using High execution and Technical Characters.
