Don't you just hate those times when someone get's that lucky counter and you lose because it, and you know it was just a guess.

However my statement was in response to the the situation of someone saying a character had no chance at all against another, so I wasn't actually stating something that held no weight in the matter.

I don't think one should ever say a character has no chance at all against any other character. In the end it does come down to skill level but even so, don't automatically condemn a character to all out failure as there is really no such thing.

That's a glitch in the system that sometimes can't be resolved unless you promote your account to an adult one, which if you are 18 I suggest doing. That will fix the issue.

Then again, Hitomi wasn't actually apart of DOA2's universe. She was just added as a bonus if you had a DOA3 save. So there was no real reason for her to have a tag with anyone as she had not met any of them at that time.
