Good read, I no doubt a character specialist will be worried about his/her character~ Hopefully when you get your hands on the character you can flesh out some of the new things and actual tech will be developed once the game is in the wild~

Rikuto you want to do away with the normal point system? will the actual Triangle system suffer(will have to be overhauled)? I totally understand the hold nerf though....make it less of a incentive to spam it.

The only thing i was kinda disappointed that most, combos were hi counter strike/throws. The only ones that were not was: -Koroko's 4T throw setup. -Lei Fang's 4P+K(stance) throw setup. I'm more interested in normal hit combos/setups then ones on counter hit...though despite popular belief DOA...

It depends on your layout....mines is black so the text by default is grey...i cant see black text that well so its rather annoying to highlight on my phone...so its why i brought it up. I dont want to derail the thread tho...

No... it's rather clear to be honest.... The Collector Edition comes with it's own exclusive set of swimsuits for the female cast(teased already with Kasumi's polka-dot swimsuit. The pre-order ones are for specific female characters and themes(angle/devil).

damage number values in DOA are not the highest in the world....not every game has TVC 2.5billion damage figures... but i believe thats the damage required in the stun threshold...not overall damage, if you see it that way...it makes more sense. because say 40 damage is not much...about as...

im not completely sure but the number value represents each level for launcher height. the increase meaning more damage needed to get the effect, so maximum height level on a launcher you need to do 42 or more damage in stun to obtain that launch height? i maybe completely off...but i tried to...

VF voices are corny on purpose....they lay on the cheese thick because they are pretty memorable....like El Blaze shouting out "hotdog!" or Brad saying "checkmate" when he levels you...
