Here's a double bounce setup I found for midweights:
(HCH):2::h4::H+P: ~ :6::6::P: ~:6::6::P: ~ :1::P: ~ :P: ~ :4::6::h+k: ~ :4::6::h+k: ~ :P: ~ :P: ~ :P: ~ :3::3::P::K:
It can also work on welterweights if you change the first :P: after launch to :h6::P:
