IMO the damage is way to high you can do with some of the tag combos. +250 damage without a wall on HCH. And in tag team it's quite hard not to hit a wall. I mean, that's basically a guaranteed instant K.O.

Well you can't really say the ignored you. They left in it for tag but removed it for single. Looks like that was TNs try to make both sides happy. Which is funny cauz most characters in tag didn't really had problems to chain combos in tag mode together. Basically it's just became easier now...

That pic reminds me on my first reaction when I saw demo videos of NG1 on some DVDs coming with gaming magazines etc. I wondered "who the hell is she?". I saw the bandana and puprle hair but I couldn't believe it was Ayane, lol. Later I've read somehwere else that this girl actualy is Ayane. And...

I agree. She was the easiest to play character AND her damage output was insane on certain strings/attacks compared to her ease of use. I think these nerfs were needed.

I'm glad that DoA5 doesn't offer free comp-packs. I hate the DLC outfits. Lazy, receyceld, uncreative (and overpriced). I don't like Ayanes schoogirl outfit for example (or outfits of this kind in general) and I'm glad that I don't have to see them online :)

But what's the point of the system if a character can't use it properly. Having a BT CB would be a nice option.
