i play christie too lol but i didn't use her cause she was op i liked her move set and play style, maybe it depends on the player all you really need to do is learn the match ups forget frames if you know what your doing.

the side stepping is fine to me. if you know its coming just run up and grab them or bait it out of them and grab them. its not hard to deal with you have options grab, tracking move or s i even think some low attacks beat them out too. after every 2 punches or kicks they go for a side step or...
