You should take note that 8P's general use is for force-teching as well as using it in force-tech setups. Also, add 3T to the list of throws since it has a really good force-tech setup (3T > 8P. If they tech, he's -3. If they don't, he gets a free force-tech.)

Found something interesting on Raidou's 66P: If you do it at a specific distance, it becomes +13 instead of +12 so P is guaranteed if they don't counter. Not sure why it works the way it does... maybe because im hitting them at later active frames?

Meh @Costume bans. If i can't use a specific costume at a tourney, i just won't use the costume. Plain and simple. Not that big of a deal :V
