Dead or Alive 6: Marie and Honoka's Awesome Adventure
You don't have to be a writer to know that DOA5's story was an afterthought. It was cheesy, some fight sequences felt forced and were at times trivial, and overall had the depth of a bad pornographic film. You'd think that a game about a...
The online community is a lot bigger than the local/tournament scene. That is why online SF4 tournaments are a thing now. If money is easily on the line, it may encourage more people to pick the game up.
I don't think people "dislike" the Virtua Fighters. People just don't use them because they don't stick out as much as the rest of the cast. DOA, although art-wise is more realistic than its previous games, still has that fantasy/anime element with their cast while the Virtua Fighters have a...
I haven't kept up since the Majin Buu saga, but the series needs to finally end. Seriously, what the hell is a super saiyan god? If Goku is a god now, then what next? How relevant are all the other characters now that Goku is a god?
Anybody else here think that the prices for the costumes currently are a bit high? I mean, $2 for a single costume ($3 for the tear-able costumes) when a full character is $4 on Core Fighters. Maybe I'm cheap, but it bothers me that $20 barely clothes the entire cast.
People theorize that the PC version is based off of the arcade version. Regarding soft engine or particles, someone will come up with a mod. The potential of the mod-ability of this game, in my opinion, is the selling point.
They should remaster the stages from DOA4. They don't have to remake them from the ground up considering how good many of them look. Have stage catalogs like what they do with DLC costumes. Up the resolutions, then release them out in packs at a modest price.

I disagree. The other females all have their quirks and are fairly engaging with their unique backstories (Kasumi being a runaway ninja, Ayane's father and relationship with Kasumi, Helena's relationship to Fame Douglas, the birth of Ein, creation of Kasumi clones instead of Hayabusa clones...
You could try reaching out to the Facebook groups. I'm sure a significant portion of them aren't on FSD and don't know about it. There's also doaworld.com, though I'm not sure if you tried there.
I'm not OG. I was introduced to DOA4 on my uncle's Xbox 360 back in the day. My first impression was, "Damn, this game is hard." I was also an avid Halo fan and played it for the sake of Nicole. I also liked the graphics and thought that it looked pretty phenomenal at the time.
Fun-fact: One of...
I've seen some online tourneys include an internet speed requirement to reduce the chances of lag. It wouldn't hurt to have them in your online tournaments. Also, online commentary would be cool.
I agree, her personality is pretty dry. I wish that she had more edge to make her more interesting as a character. The fair maiden cliche has been done to death already.
The funny thing though is that it's real easy to fix. Just remember at the end of the day you're playing a video game, and if you're an adult throwing tantrums over a video game, then maybe you need to put down the controller and do something else. Being a decent human being also helps.
After watching a few videos, I have to admit, it is a good looking ripoff. My favorite aspect is how the blocking animation is replaced with dodging, parrying, and weaving, and the grapple system looks pretty interesting.
