    Maybe the point of the series is to be a terrible competitive fighter. Yeah I know, it's kinda hard to admit, but think about it for a sec. DOA was all about being a more accessible Virtua Fighter right from the start, just look at DOA1, it was basically a poor man's VF.

    Definitely, I was just voicing my disappointment. Their decision does make sense, but it would have been more professionnal to translate the whole thing as it was part of the interview. Oh well, guess I'll work out my rusty Japanese and try to read it by myself.

    I may be wrong, but to my understanding, Kasumi-α became Alpha152. They are the same person, she just evolved between DOA2 and DOA4. At least that's how it looked like in DOAD.

    Isn't that what she actually did ? I seem to remember her fight with Kasumi took place before she faced Hayate and Ayane on the heliport. I still believe Donovan will the boss though... probably got possessed by that evil mask thing he took at the end of DOAD.

    She's definitely coming back, but she might not be the actual boss, since she already had that role in 4. Would be redundant. She's probably going to be a sub boss. My bet is on Donovan if DOAD's ending is anything to go by.
