BlazBlue is what I used as a style guide, so to speak. Wanted to use a big enough res to have some detail.

I always figured Mila to be more original punk than emo (she seems slightly old fashioned in her tastes). Maybe straightedge or something.

Finally tried making some pixel art. Had to be my favorite fighter, in my favorite outfit. Mila off to the races!

I don't mind customization but if it's like Soulcalibur where the pieces sit 6 inches off the models body, then no thanks. Fighting big formless characters online always sucked too.

If it was a weird over the top off-shoot that had actual sprites, I would be into it. Honestly though wanting to play using a 2D sprite of Mila is about 50% of the motivation there. I would love to play a Final Fight type game with DOA characters too.
