I just tried downloading 1 ninja costume for Nyotengu and for me it just works. As do the costumes for Honoka. But Cadaveri are you able to see the costumes? Like when you download the catalogue (which I know you did) you see the costumes but you can't select them. Really man this stuff is just...

I can't say any DLC works or not, since I didn't really buy any additional DLC but I'll probably try it out this afternoon. But Hot Getaway is definetly not free on my side. I also have the Dutch Retail version of the game.
