Which one are you referring to? The one on the roster or the one on the screen shot? Because the one on the screen shot is mila for sure, her name is even there on the life bar. The blurry one is the one that I am uncertain about.

That's not quite true because from what I saw, some of the stage don't even have 2 tier. All the stage that have ring got no tier and I'm counting 3(?) already.

Damn the online achievement, I will never be able to get it because I don't play online at all. Oh well, I din't care about achievement too much though.

So I order the Exclusive CE for DOA5 but the problem is that I don't have Xbox Live or ever want to use it. For me, it's just suck that they do DLC even when I spend more money on the CE. I am still getting it but it's just suck, a lot.

I think that's just for unlocking that achievement. There is no way they would make it so hard to unlock a character. Basically, she is needed to unlock that achievement and not the other way around.
