Its because Ken is like Menat.... he's only good if the player's good. While menat requires an expert sense of Spacing and Timing. Ken requires Above average human reaction. Ken doesn't have many two button hit confirms like the rest of the characters... he's all about the single hit...

Also the monitor has a setting to adjust the response time... normal and fast... I turn it on when I'm gaming and off when I'm watching stuff.

I heard she could Dizzy The Opponent using only one combo in 4... provided she had meter. Obviously if you did that the damage scaling would be ridiculous but its still fun knowing she excelled in that one area.
