No the Tengu girl goes to arcades yea the same day phase comes to consoles. But as far as the Tengu girl for consoles, around December.

Remember TN said any characters after phase and Marie will go into a bundle that they will bring to consoles all at once and according to them it said it would take 6 months. So no sooner then December of they stay true to their word.
