I think that :9::P::K: is the best high launcher when not on stun treshold, since if blocked you can finish with another :K:... and it doesn't leavy you back-turned. On treshold it instantly knocks down, so can't be used.

A good setup for throws, especially :3::3::f+p: (since it moves you forward a bit) is to do a low tripping move such as counter-hit :1::P: or any-hit :2::h+k: and throw immediately as they have recovered. Works surprisingly often.

Why would you do 4kppp after a CB-stun launcher? You can always get at least 7pk, p+kppp against mids and lights with the 33p launcher.
