People were saying that if she's not an improved Kasumi then she was a waste of TN's resources. That might be true from the frame data. So far she looks mid tier. Still can't wait for her, though.

Honestly, Kasumi's :h+k: :P::P::K::K: combo does around the same damage, and is very easy as well.

The only time you finish a combo with Kasumi is if the opponent is in the air. Looks like it's not different for P-4. I assume she has the same overall strengths and weaknesses as Kasumi. High speed, but stupidly unsafe. So far she looks as hard to play as Kasumi.

She might be on par with Kasumi. Technically, that's who Kasumi fights at the end, and she wins. Alpha-152 is definitely stronger, though.

I didn't like how DOAD switched some things around. Kasumi was apparently too weak to beat Raidou so Ryu had to come help her.

I wasn't aware there were people who thought any of the fighters could stand against the Ninja. And to be fair, she's stronger than the ninjas. Or that's the idea.

Was there any specific reason Spartan-458 was never included in the later games?

I actually don't mind if she gets nice damage from stun to air in no time. Just like Kasumi, her ground game is gonna be super unsafe. I'm sure she'll have some guaranteed damage somewhere, though.
