Why does it matter if it was freezing? Neither the Xbox one or PS4 hardware was being used. It was dev kits/pcs speced to emulate what they can perform. Could have been tech issues with the dev kit itself Xbox one had tech issues with B4 and Sony had tech issue with AC4
