    Best Childhood games..

My first video game was Pong on a black and white TV set. Then I had an Atari a Master System and a Mega Drive + Mega CD. On the arcades my favourites were SFII and SNK games like Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, Samurai Showdown and King of Fighters.

Dead or Alive 5 Ground Game

Thanks for the info. I'll try my best. It seemed similar in the videos because of the low or mid kick option from the ground.

Is the wake up game basically similar to VF5FS's wake up game?

    Kokoro in DOA5

Does Kokoro have any moves that are similar to Akira's (as they both use bajiquan)? I'd like Kokoro to be my secondary character, and as I'm playing Shun in VF5FS (I'll main Brad) until DOA5 comes I wonder if playing Akira would be good practice for Kokoro (I know Akira will be in the game...

Does DOA5 fix DOA4 Brad issues?

Thanks for the answer! So crush attacks are attacks with evasive properties. I love those attacks. They are my favourites. Entering stances will probably require either a safe distance or conditioning the opponent/catching him offguard I guess? What are your recommendations for stance entering?

Thanks a lot for the info! I've some questions tough: Can stances be entered with specific commands or are they always entered through other moves? Also, what is a force tech? (excuse my ignorance)

Does DOA5 fix DOA4 Brad issues?

Sounds good to me. Excuse my ignorance but what are crush attacks? BTW how is Brad's throw game? Also, what are the issues all stance characters have in DOA as compared to VF? Sorry for all the questions!!!

Brad Wong and Shun Di: Similar moves?

I play Shun Di in VF5FS and I've noticed there are a lot of Brad's moves that are similar to Shun Di's. The problem is I don't know if the moves are performed in the same way in both games. Can anyone who knows both games fill me in? For example: How is Shun Di's BT G+K performed using Brad?

New to FSD? Introduce yourself here.

Hi I'm a 33 year old guy who has recently returned to his teenage hobby: fighting games (which I hadn't played since the mid 90s) My favourite game is VF5FS so far (basically because I suck at everything else, I have a win rate of 55% at VF5FS and a 33% win rate at SC5 and SSF4AE for...
