The patch is not out yet so you can't use her but the dlc is up on psn. Japan has the patch currently so Japanese players can use her but North America has to wait for tomorrow.

If she does use weapons in her fighting style it will probably be more along the lines of Necrid from SCII. He used energy weapons that appeared out of nowhere so that would fit the stealth criteria. She probably does not use a physical weapon like a sword she most likely uses energy to fashion...

One undocumented fix in this patch is that the Ultimate Sexy,Pop Idol, and Musou Orochi outfits now show up in character select if you have their compatibility packs even if you did not buy them. The CPU in Team Battle now uses these outfits as well.

Yea, this April. Which is why I said that Marie is going to be on consoles by mid april because after that game is released there won't be any interest in any other fighting games in japanese arcades for a while so there would not be a reason to delay her release after it comes out.
