the way the screen freezes after selecting a menu item sometimes gives me the impression that they were gonna add a fancy transition effect but ran out of time
Right? Not enough people are pointing that BS out. Nurse and bunny outfits AGAIN??? Not even different designs either. It’s tasteless laziness and lack of effort.
The fact that Kula managed to outwig Kasumi, Kokoro, and Leifang in their own game is mind bending. Kula’s no baldie, mind you, but damn! I’m now gonna assume that it was a (poor) artistic choice for TN to eff up the DOA girls’ hair.
MI1 was such a bad game that it left a permanent bad taste in people’s mouths to the point where if anyone even said “Maximum Impact” a KOF fan dies. 2 and MIRA were actually good ass games for the most part, especially the latter since it wasn’t broken lol.

Momiji weeps
EDIT: watching the trailers again and some of the new animations don’t look very good to me. I really hope they’re unfinished because if not...

Remember when DOA had one 2 second loading screen at the start of arcade mode and that was it? We need "Initializing DOA6 Engines" because these loading times now are ridiculous lol
@DestructionBomb Konami and Bloody Roar was the exact thing i was thinking of actually! I wish fighting games didn't have such a negative stigma nowadays in terms of how well they would sell but it IS Konami we're talking about here
I think "wasting" was just the wrong word to use. It's just that DOA is basically one of their main flagship series and it's being treated like some budget game which gives the impression that they do not care about it anymore (a lot of companies nowadays feel that fighting games will not sell...
