I did wonder about the 'lows too strong' thing. It's not like the sweep was an i12 mid crush that leaves you at advantage on block. Offline, it's absolutely punishable and leads to no additional damage. Online, you couldn't even spam it. Apparently Hayashi loves Ayane and Gen Fu.
