Still an improvement, especially with the loss of guard breaks.

From what I've gathered, Momiji got nerfed in that her unsafe shit is now universally punishable. This is a good thing. Rachel lost her good FT setups and Alpha lost guard breaks and 7K safety. If Momiji got nerfed hardcore, then Rachel and Alpha got thrown in a wood chipper.

And ninja shrine maidens bring out the best of both worlds. I noticed this as well. Ryu and Ayane definitely have the option to switch between taking stabs out of close range and getting in your face, and Hayate has some options. Kasumi can kinda do it, but she excels at string pressure, so she...

Unless you're Hitomi, you can at least land a running follow-up on the sliding ones. I'm pretty sure they're better in Tag Mode, where more damage is only an :h+p+k:away. Just mess around with them a bit. That said, I'm enjoying 5U. For the most part, I'm actually finding characters I enjoy...

I do too. I'm starting to figure out Ein, so a better costume than his C1 is highly appreciated. Now we just need Secret Agent Ein... or just a DLC devoted to putting the guys in snazzy suits.

That's probably it... not everyone likes Tekken, so any remotely similar design must be shit. To be fair, from the waist up it kinda looks like bondage gear.
