THANK YOU TEAM NINJA! I just played my first lag free battle. I tried so many different settings on my router before to get DOA5 to play smoother and they all failed. But after the update, gameplay was actually smooth. I don't know why some of my combos aren't working but I'll take it for now.

I don't think you should go into hoshinpo after the kick. The kick gives you a stagger back stun that is unholdable so you can get a guaranteed attack/launch. Kasumi's hoshinpo stance seems to risky to me because if you do any attack, you can be throw punished. Although the elbow leaves her at...

After :3::3::K:, you can do :7::K::Link::6::P::+::K::K::K:. It works on most of the cast but it won't work on heavier characters and it won't work from a far distance. Other options are to use :P::+::K::h6::K::K: or :6::P::K::2::K:
