    Most of the old 2Ps are like that. They just sort of barey squat and then do a mid punch. The only ones I can think of off the top of my head that actually looked like a low punch would be Tengu's and Hitomi's.

    I have NTSC-U launch print and Platinum Hits too, along with NTSC-J first print and Platinum Collection. The NTSC-J covers are the same too. The NTSC-J disc art is differnt from the NTSC-U disc art though. Forgot to mention that.

    I own both versions and an RGH 360 that can play both of them, but I've never actually bothered to try running the NTSC-J one. My bet would be that there is no difference between them, as the other DOA titles that came out around that time (DOA2U and DOAX2) have no differences between region codes.

    You definitely won't see the option for 3D toggle within the game. It'd have to be an option in the emulator itself. You don't want to play DOAD with 3D enabled though. It cuts the frame rate in half.

    3D toggle wasn't an in-game option. There's a little slider on the 3DS itself that raises or lowers the 3D effect depending on how you set it. If the slider is all the way down, the 3D is off completely.

    The Xbox 360 still needs to be modded for that. You don't need to do a full blown JTAG/RGH, but you'd at least need to flash the DVD drive. Technically, you can get around this by hotswapping, but doing that would be annoying and isn't very smart.
