I think it is at least an open shirt, because it looks like the collar is curving away from Le Fangs face, rather than towards it. TN may have used an existing shirt as a starting point though.

I think most people would see the OMG option as a joke setting, rather than something sexy. I had mine on the default (natural) setting for the longest time and recently upped it to DOA, which I think looks fine.
