It's not rumor. The information have been registered on Steam Database page for DOA5LR. Every start of month (between day 4 or day 6 of each month) the DOA5LR's Steam Database updates its page adding the name of the DLC of the month. So it's real.

I won't buy any DLC after December. I hope Team Ninja has the commom sense to finish the DLCs in December.
